Rates & Care Levels
Level 1
The resident will receive medication assistance, as well as
all included amenities and services.
Level
2
The resident will receive a shower, with the assistance of a
Bath Aide, three times weekly. The resident will also
receive assistance with dressing/undressing, shaving,
grooming, and all aspects of personal hygiene. The resident
will receive assistance to and from the dining/activity
areas. The resident will receive all assistance mentioned
in Level 1.
Level
3
The resident will receive assistance with incontinence care,
as well as all aspects of ambulation. The resident will
receive all assistance mentioned in Levels 1 and 2.
Level
4
The resident will receive assistance with catheter, stoma,
feeding tube, or hospice care as well as all assistance
mentioned in Levels 1 thru 3.
There is a $950 admit fee
for new residence.

rates quoted are based upon semi-private (double)
occupancy.
